    No. A Desktop Appraisal may be completed without an on-site inspection when appropriate for

    the assignment.

  • What is the difference between a Desktop Appraisal and a Full Interior & Exterior Appraisal?

    A Desktop Appraisal is developed using available property and market information without an

    on-site inspection. A Full Interior & Exterior Appraisal includes a physical inspection as part of

    the appraisal process.

  • Can you provide a retrospective or Date-of-Death Appraisal?

    Yes. Retrospective valuation services are available for appropriate assignments, including

    Estate & Date-of-Death Appraisals. Provide the applicable valuation date when submitting your

    request.
