I’m Michael Carrillo, the appraiser behind Quantify Appraisal Services, an independently operated real estate appraisal practice serving Riverside County and San Bernardino County, California.

I have more than 22 years of appraisal experience and am a California Certified Residential Appraiser, a graduate of the University of California, Riverside, and a member of the National Association of Appraisers.

I work directly with property owners, buyers, sellers, attorneys, estate and trust representatives, and other clients who need a professional opinion of property value.

What I enjoy about real estate appraisal is that every property presents a different set of circumstances. Location, property characteristics, comparable sales, market activity, and the purpose of the valuation can all affect how an assignment should be approached.

Over more than two decades in the profession, I have gained experience working through these complexities while staying current with real estate market activity, industry developments, and trends.

My goal is to provide clients with a well-supported, objective opinion of value based on the property and purpose of the assignment.

I consider the property, purpose of the appraisal, applicable valuation date, market information, comparable sales, and other relevant factors when developing the valuation.

The exact scope depends on the property and assignment requirements. My approach is simple: understand the assignment, research the relevant information, analyze the market, and communicate clearly with the client.
